PasteZap third-party software notices

Dependency versions, licenses and copyright notices are listed in packages.json and their folders. Native engine source and build recipes are linked in source-locations.json. These source downloads are publicly hosted by their upstream maintainers. The FFmpeg core 0.12.10 uses the v12.15 build recipe, FFmpeg n5.1.4, Emscripten 3.1.40, and the codec/filter dependencies listed in FFmpeg-Dockerfile.txt. The HEIF npm 1.23.5 package uses the pinned libheif-emscripten build and its pinned libheif submodule. Native engine files are unmodified; the FFmpeg WASM binary is split into numbered files for hosting and reconstructed byte-for-byte. For replacement engines, retain the same public paths, update integrity manifests, and rebuild the static export.
