Reporting a problem with a tool
Tell us the tool’s address (for example pastezap.com/tools/pdf-merger-splitter/), what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Your browser and device (for example “Chrome on Android” or “Safari on iPhone”) and the exact error message help a lot.
Please do not attach private files. Our tools process your documents on your device, and we would rather keep it that way. If a file triggers the problem, describe it (type, size, number of pages) or send a version with nothing confidential in it.
Suggesting a tool or a feature
Describe the task you want to do and the result you expect. We prioritise tools that many people need and that can run entirely in the browser.
Translations
Tool names and descriptions are available in 11 languages, but the translations have not been reviewed by native speakers yet. Corrections are very welcome: send the page address, the current wording and your suggestion.
