1. The service

PasteZap offers free online tools for documents, images, media, text, calculations, development and everyday tasks. Most tools run entirely in your browser. No account is needed. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and we do not promise that a particular tool will stay available.

2. Your files and content

You keep all rights to the files, text and data you use with our tools. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive or store them; the Privacy Policy describes the few exceptions where a tool contacts an outside service at your request.

You are responsible for the content you process and for having the right to use, copy or modify it. Keep your own copy of important files: a tool works on a copy, but your browser or device can still run out of memory or close the page.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PasteZap to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• create documents meant to deceive, such as forged identity papers, certificates, invoices, signatures or official records;
• attack, overload or disrupt the website or the services it connects to, including automated mass requests to the speed test or exchange-rate tools;
• copy the website as a whole, or present it as your own service.

Builders such as the ID card generator, invoice and quote builder, certificate maker and freelance contract builder are for legitimate documents that you are entitled to issue.

4. Accuracy of results

We test our tools and state their limits on each page, but results can be wrong or incomplete. Check every result before relying on it, especially converted documents, OCR text, redacted PDFs and calculations.

Financial, tax, payroll, health, fitness, legal, engineering and network-sizing calculators give estimates for information only. They are not professional advice. Exchange rates are reference values without bank fees. Contract, CV and letter templates are starting points, not legal advice; have important documents reviewed by a qualified professional where it matters.

5. Third-party services and links

Some tools rely on outside services (exchange rates from Frankfurter, the Cloudflare speed test, and online text-to-speech voices if you enable them). Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse them.

6. Intellectual property

The PasteZap name, logo, site design, text and original code belong to PasteZap. Open-source libraries, fonts and models used by the tools remain under their own licences; their notices are published in the site’s third-party notices folder. Files you create with our tools are yours.

7. No warranty

PasteZap is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PasteZap is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or of any result produced by a tool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
