Only the cash total is rounded; card payments stay exact to the cent. Rules differ by country and shop. Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing you type is uploaded.
Amounts are handled in whole cents. Endings below half the step are rounded down and endings above it up; an amount exactly halfway follows the rule you choose (up, down or to even).
A cash total of 7.37 becomes 7.35; with 10.00 handed over, the change is 2.65.
