Compute = Σ instances × hourly price × hours, less any commitment discount; storage and transfer are quantity × unit price; support and taxes are a percentage of the subtotal.
Three small web servers, a database, batch workers, 2 TB of storage and 5 TB of transfer total 861 USD a month with the example prices.
