How to use Invoice and Quote Builder
Load an example or enter the seller, the client and the lines. Check the total, choose a layout, then prepare and read the PDF. Save a JSON file if you want to reopen the same document.
How it works
Amounts are calculated in the browser from the currency's decimal places. Prices can include tax or have tax added. A JSON file saved from this page reopens the draft later; it is not uploaded. Sample businesses are fictional. Review the PDF before you send it.

What are the limits and what should I check?
Local processing only. 24 lines, three original layouts, A4 or Letter, and at most 4 PDF pages. Discount is a percent of the net subtotal; tax is reduced by the same percent; shipping is untaxed. Standard Latin PDF fonts; Arabic and other non-Latin scripts may fail. No customer database, no UBL, Peppol or XRechnung file, and no tax or legal advice. Review the result before using it in your work.
Is my input sent to a server?
Your input is processed in your browser and is not uploaded by this tool. Files and pasted text are cleared when the page is refreshed. Normal website requests are still required to load the page and its libraries. Read the privacy explanation.
