英语技术说明
It does not decide which rate applies to a product: check its HSN or SAC code. Not tax advice. Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing you type is uploaded.
Adding GST: total = amount × (1 + rate). Removing it: amount before GST = total ÷ (1 + rate). Within a state the tax is split equally into CGST and SGST/UTGST; between states and on imports it is IGST.
1,000 before GST at 18 % within one state gives 90 CGST + 90 SGST, a total of 1,180.
