Per-user rates are typical published recommendations; replace them with your vendor’s figures. Latency, jitter and QoS are not modelled. Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing is sent or probed on the network.

Active users × per-user rate, summed per direction, then multiplied by protocol overhead and growth and divided by the maximum utilisation of the link.

60 users browsing, meeting in 1080p, calling and syncing files need about 254 Mbps down and 179 Mbps up with headroom: a 300 Mbps symmetric link.
