英語の技術説明
Formats change between client versions; check your client’s documentation. Only use servers you trust. Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing you type is uploaded.
Claude Code and VS Code use a type field (stdio or http); Cursor and Claude Desktop use command/args/env for local servers. Arguments are split like a shell would, keeping quoted parts together.
A filesystem server run with npx and a remote GitHub server become .mcp.json, .cursor/mcp.json, .vscode/mcp.json, claude_desktop_config.json and claude mcp add commands.
