Add it to your email client
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Gmail, open Settings (gear icon) › See all settings › General.
- Under Signature, click Create new, give it a name and paste with Ctrl+V (⌘V on Mac).
- Pick it under Signature defaults, then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Menu names can change between versions. Send yourself a test email and check it on a phone: some clients resize images, ignore rounded corners or invert colours in dark mode.

Technische opmerkingen in het Engels
Text fields up to 120 characters; legal notice up to 600. Photo and logo must be public https:// image addresses: images are linked, not uploaded or embedded. System fonts only (Arial, Georgia, Verdana and similar). Rounded corners, colours and spacing can differ in Outlook for Windows, mobile apps and dark mode. Social links appear as text or lettered badges, not brand logos. Rich copy needs clipboard access; Copy HTML code and the downloads are fallbacks.
Each design is generated as nested HTML tables with inline styles, the structure most email clients keep when a signature is pasted. Your text is escaped, links are limited to https, mailto and tel, and phone numbers become tap-to-call links. You can also download a standalone HTML file or a plain-text version. Nothing is uploaded; the preview only loads images from the addresses you enter.
Pick Portrait Divider, load the sample, replace the name, phone and photo address, click Copy signature and paste it into Gmail › Settings › Signature.
