Technische opmerkingen in het Engels
20 MiB, 200 source pages, 100 pages and 200,000 cells per conversion. Digital PDFs only: scanned pages need OCR PDF first. Wrapped cells become several rows; merged cells, borders, colours and formulas are not recreated.
Text positions are read with pdf.js in your browser. Lines become rows, and columns are found from the gaps shared by multi-cell lines, so right-aligned numbers and multi-word labels stay in their columns. Pages are oriented by their dominant text direction, which also handles sideways landscape tables. Numbers such as 1,234.56, 1.234,56, (45) and 12.5% can be converted to real numeric cells; cells that start with formula characters are stored as text. Always compare totals with the original.
