How it works
Empty lines are filled with U+2800 (a blank braille character) so they are not collapsed; hashtags are detected in any script and compared without case to remove duplicates.
Example
A caption with three empty lines and five hashtags keeps its spacing with invisible characters and ends with four unique hashtags.
