How to use LTV to CAC Calculator
Enter monthly revenue per customer, gross margin and monthly churn, then either your CAC or the spend and new customers of a period.
How it works
LTV = revenue × margin ÷ churn; payback = CAC ÷ (revenue × margin).
Example
49 a month at an 80 % margin with 3 % monthly churn and a 200 CAC gives an LTV of 1,306.67 and an LTV:CAC of 6.53:1.
