How to use Stock Average Price Calculator
Add each purchase with quantity, price and fee. Enter the current price for profit or loss, and a target average with a buying price to average down or up.
How it works
Average cost = (Σ quantity × price + fees) ÷ total quantity. Shares needed = (total cost − target × quantity) ÷ (target − buying price).
Example
20 shares at 150, 15 at 120 and 10 at 95 with 1 fee each average 127.84; to average 115 you need 38.53 more at 100.
