The period is 14 days from receipt of the goods (or from the contract for services) and is extended by 12 months when the trader did not inform you of the right. The wording follows the model withdrawal form of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Headphones received on 9 October 2026 can be returned until 23 October 2026; the letter lists the item, order number and dates in the trader’s language.
