How to use Best Meeting Time Finder
Pick the date and meeting length, then add each location with its working hours. The hour-by-hour table marks the times that suit everyone.
How it works
Each half-hour of the chosen day is converted to every location with the browser’s time zone data; a slot fits when the whole meeting is inside each person’s hours.
Example
New York 08:00–17:00, London 09:00–17:30 and Dubai 09:00–18:00 share a one-hour window starting at 08:00 or 09:00 in New York in October.
