How to use Interactive Periodic Table
Click an element in the table or type a name, symbol or atomic number in the search box. Matching elements stay highlighted.
How it works
Elements are placed by period and group, with lanthanides and actinides in separate rows. Electron configurations follow the Aufbau order with the known exceptions such as chromium, copper and palladium.
Example
Clicking Au shows gold: atomic number 79, 196.97 u, group 11, period 6, configuration [Xe] 4f14 5d10 6s1.

What are the limits and what should I check?
Atomic weights are IUPAC standard values to five significant figures; bracketed values are mass numbers of the longest-lived isotope. Properties beyond element 103 are largely predicted. Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing you type is uploaded. Review the result before using it in your work.
