How to use Oven Temperature Converter

Enter the temperature and how the recipe gives it. Add the recipe time to see the air-fryer time.

How it works

°C = (°F − 32) × 5 ÷ 9. Fan ovens are set about 20 °C lower. Gas marks follow the usual UK chart (gas 4 = 180 °C = 350 °F). Air fryer: about 15 °C (25 °F) lower and 20 % less time.

Example

350 °F is 177 °C in a conventional oven, about 157 °C with a fan, and gas mark 4.
