英語の技術説明
Text subtitles only (no image-based formats such as PGS or VobSub). Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing you type is uploaded.
Timestamps are read in milliseconds and rewritten; shift adds an offset, frame-rate conversion multiplies times by old ÷ new rate, and two-point sync maps the first and last start times linearly.
Converting from 25 to 23.976 fps moves a line at 4.000 s to 4.171 s; syncing by two points fixes both an offset and a speed difference.
