英語の技術説明
The margin of error assumes a random sample of customers. Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing you type is uploaded.
NPS = % promoters (9–10) − % detractors (0–6). The margin of error comes from the variance of that difference.
180 promoters, 70 passives and 50 detractors give an NPS of 43.3, ±8.6 at 95 % confidence.
